PostSubject: Anko Mitarashi   Thu Sep 16, 2010 5:19 am

General Information
Name: Anko Mitarashi
Age: 24
Gender: Female
Rank: Special Jounin
Village: Konohagakure
Looks:

Anko is a kunoichi with light brown, pupil-less eyes. Her violet hair is done up in a short, somewhat spiky ponytail. She is commonly seen wearing a tan overcoat, complete with a fitted mesh[3] body suit that stretches from her neck down to her thighs. The mesh seems to be somewhat transparent, since her body can be seen underneath. She wears a dark orange skirt, as well as a Forehead Protector, a small pendant, and shin guards. The pendant is on a thick cord rather than a chain to prevent it from being easily torn off in combat. The Cursed Seal of Heaven, which takes the appearance of three tomoe, is at the back of her neck on the left side

Personal Information
Personality: Anko is easygoing, tomboyish, and sometimes hyperactive, making her very similar to Naruto in many ways. Despite portraying several Naruto-like habits, she has shown to be very intelligent and studious. However, she is also shown to have a bloodthirsty (in a literal sense) side, as shown when she scratched Naruto's face with a kunai, and licked away his blood.[2] This probably comes from her time with Orochimaru. She regularly makes sure to have at least basic knowledge of the landscape for which her next mission will take place.
Likes: dongo (dumplings) and red bean soup, tea ceramonies
Dislikes: spicy food
Fears: N/A
Sexual Orientation: Straight
Relationship Status: Single
Elements: fire

Weapon Information
(Everyone Starts out with a normal Genin Set with Kunai's, Senbon's, Shurikens, Medical Salve, and Normal First Aid Supplies.)

Jutsu Information
(Genin Are allowed 4 Jutsu at the begining, Chuunin are allowed 6 Jutsu at the beginning, Academy Level Jutsu is a Gimmie, so you don't require to list those. Canon's can have as many as the character has.)

[Ninjutsu]

Name: Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique
Rank: C
Class: Ninjutsu, Fire Release
Range: Offensive
Description: The user breathes fire along a cord or any other type of long object, which rush forward in straight line catching the enemy on fire. The flames are meant to target, and assault the enemy's upper body just like a projectile weapon.

While the technique is shown in the anime to be even larger and more devastating than Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique (and being able to melt rock), in the manga it is shown to be nothing more than a small burst of flame running along a line of wire.

Name: Hidden Shadow Snake Hands
Rank: C
Class: Ninjutsu, Jikūkan Ninjutsu, Offensive
Range: Short-range
Description: This jutsu allows the user to eject snakes from their wrist or sleeve, usually after a punching motion. The snakes are used primarily to attack from a distance and, being snakes, can inflict multiple poisonous wounds on the victim's body or hold them in place. This jutsu can be used with other parts of the body besides the arms, such as when Orochimaru used it with his tongue. This jutsu can also be classified as a variation of the Summoning Technique.

Name: Summoning Technique (Snakes)
Rank: C
Class: Ninjutsu, Jikūkan Ninjutsu, Offensive, Defensive, Supplementary
Range: N/A
Description: A Summoning Technique is a space-time jutsu that allows the summoner to transport animals across long distances instantly. Before an animal summoning can be performed, a prospective summoner must first sign a contract with a given species. The contract can come in the form of a scroll or a tattoo, which is signed in the contractor's own blood. After this, they need only perform the hand seals, offer an additional donation of blood, and use the same hand they signed the contract with to summon the creature. An alternate form of summoning is to just use a scroll without any hand-signs; this method is also capable of forcefully summoning creatures to whom one does not have a contract with. The amount of chakra used during the summoning determines how big the summoned creature can be. It should be noted that anyone can summon the animal as long as they have the blood from someone who has made a contract, along with sufficient chakra of their own. If a user attempts to summon an animal without first signing a contract, the user will be teleported to the home of the animal they have a natural affinity for.

While most summoners have only been shown capable of summoning one type of creature, Pain (through the Animal Path) has been seen summoning several different animals and even people. Pain does not provide a blood offering when performing a summon. Sasuke Uchiha has summoned snakes and hawks at different points, but unlike Pain he can apparently only summon one species at a time. The ability to perform a summoning can be removed with the Contract Seal.

When an animal is summoned it is transported from its place of residence to the summoner's location. Once summoned, the animal can perform a task or help the user in battle. The summon is not required to help the user, and may be more of a hindrance than an ally. In addition, summons are able to summon their summoner. They may also wear a forehead protector, suggesting a loyalty to only one village.

Summoning can serve as a base for other jutsu, as is the case with Summoning: Food Cart Destroyer Technique and Summoning: Quick Beheading Dance. In these cases, summonings may not be restricted to creatures, as Orochimaru shows by summoning corpses and defenses.

Items can be "summoned" from scrolls. Because the items are not summoned from anywhere, instead only being released from storage, no blood is needed and thus it is not a conventional summoning. Characters have on occasion been shown summoning weapons such as kunai and giant shuriken, sometimes without hand-signs.

Name: Twin Snakes Mutual Death Technique
Rank: A
Class: Ninjutsu, Kinjutsu, Offensive
Range: Short-range
Description: This forbidden jutsu is a murder-suicide attack; killing both the user and the target. The user makes a one-handed seal with both their hand and the intended victim's. Two snakes are then summoned from the user's sleeve, biting both their wrists and killing them with deadly venom. When Anko used this jutsu against Orochimaru, he replaced himself with a clone to avoid harm, leaving Anko unable to finish the jutsu.

[Genjutsu]

[Taijutsu]

[Fuinjutsu]

Name: Cursed Seal of Heaven
Rank: ???
Class: Juinjutsu, Kinjutsu
Range: ???
Description: This is one of the strongest of Orochimaru's Cursed Seals, the other being its counterpart, the Cursed Seal of Earth. The seal consists of three tomoe, similar to the Sharingan, which, when activated, spread like flames across the user's body. When Sasuke activated the second level of the seal, his skin turned dark-gray and his hair grew and turned dark blue. His eyes also turned dark gray. Additionally, he grew webbed-claw-shaped wings from his back which he could use to glide, and a dark, star-shaped mark appeared across the bridge of his nose. Like all Cursed Seals, the user receives increased chakra levels and physical capabilities when the seal is active. The seal was applied at the left side of the back of both Sasuke's and Anko's necks.

Anko received her Cursed Seal when she was a student of Orochimaru. She, along with nine others, were the first people to receive a Cursed Seal. She was the only one to survive the application, establishing the one-in-ten success rate for the procedure. Because she lacked the will to use it, her seal receded, and Orochimaru wiped her memory. Orochimaru was able to briefly reactivate the seal when they fought in the Forest of Death before the Third Hokage sealed it off again.

Orochimaru branded Sasuke with the Cursed Seal in the second phase of the Chūnin Exams, which took place in the Forest of Death. Orochimaru intended to have the seal corrode Sasuke's mind so that he could become his next body. Kakashi Hatake used the Evil Sealing Method to try and prevent this, but its effectiveness relied on Sasuke's choosing not to use his Cursed Seal. Sasuke ultimately chose to advance his seal to its second level, and went to Orochimaru with the help of the Sound Four. During Sasuke's battle in Part II with Itachi Uchiha, the Cursed Seal, along with Orochimaru (having earlier been absorbed into Sasuke's body), were removed with Susanoo.

Blood Line Information:

History and RP Sample
History: Anko was once the student of Orochimaru. Later she, along with nine others, were branded with Orochimaru's first ten samples of the Cursed Seal of Heaven. Of the ten, Anko was the only one to survive, establishing the one-in-ten chance of surviving the Cursed Seal. Orochimaru supposedly rejected Anko as a subordinate, believing she did not have the lust for power or vengeance needed to fuel the Cursed Seal. Orochimaru lost interest in her, though he believed there was some value in letting her live. In the anime, she was glad to discover that she wasn't tossed away like trash as she first had thought by Orochimaru, but chose to leave Orochimaru herself. As a child, Anko's talent for ninja arts were presumably high, as shown from Orochimaru's initial interest in her. Anko knows several forbidden techniques, taught to her by Orochimaru, the most notable of which is Twin Snakes Mutual Death Technique, a murder-suicide technique she attempted to use to eliminate her former sensei in the Forest of Death for the sake of Konoha. She can also summon snakes like he can, though she only does so once, during the Land of the Sea filler arc. She also has incredibly quick reflexes, able to outmaneuver several of Orochimaru's attacks. Her accuracy is also on a compatible standard, being able to make a Konoha symbol by throwing 58 dango sticks after eating the dango, some of which were thrown while wiping her mouth and looking in the other direction. The fact that she was sent to lead the team searching for Kabuto is strongly suggestive of how Konoha respects her skill

RP Sample: Tsutsiko uses body flicker to avoid the chain and rushes at Genji she starts using two jutsu at once since she has practiced doing so, although it does take until she gets right behind Genji to have them activated fully. She hits Genji in the back directly on his left shoulder with Burning palm jutsu in her left palm and Wind Release: Violent Wind Palm in her right palm. She than starts tagging him with a flurry of strikes using gentle fist to start taking our as many chakra points as she can while Hinata does the same from in front of him. Although after a few strikes Tsutsiko gets carried away and pulls the Dai-katana and begins swinging it at Genji trying to take him apart like a practice dummy.
